Just the beginning!

2021

With 2021 already into May, it's really hard to say if it's not as rough as last year. We recently lost our grandmother which made life feel really lopsided (emotionally). Not wanting to do much photography wise and feeling upset to see how it really affected my fiancé, it was really hard for a few weeks up until our daughter Leigha was born March 17th. But even then complications continued throughout her birth. Lots and lots of feelings and fatigue for only 4 months. But again we pray and hope for a better day. We've been successful in keeping our heads up even when it got rough, staying strong and relying on each other makes it so much easier. Now going into May feeling a lot better I'm looking forward to getting back into photography as much as I can!

Having said that I started going to the gym and working out some of that built up frustration. Ive also been booking more and more leads to help me build myself and my brand. Im really happy and thankful for all the family that's helped us and been giving us the shoulder we needed to lean on. Our church (people from the church) brought us food for the first week and a half we were out of the hospital and it helped a lot. Along with my fiancés mother helping we got to focus on the baby more than anything, which was extremely relieving.

Our little girl gained a whole pound after one month, it was so exciting to see the amazing progress from when she was in the NICU. Now she eats like she should and is doing all the little things we hoped for. We were so scared and feared the worst but now seeing the progress its hard to even think its only been a month and so much happiness our little one has brought to us.

Again, thank you family friends and new people I will eventually meet and work with, this has been a journey so far but its just the beginning to a long wonderful road, I wouldn't be able to do it with out my family, I appreciate any and all feedback and hope I can help you too with anything you might need.
